At Coconut Curri, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our body care items—many of which are handmade and personal in use—all sales are considered final.

However, we understand that issues may arise. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons related to personal preference (such as scent or texture), skin sensitivity, or opened/used products. We encourage customers to read our ingredient lists carefully before purchasing and reach out with any questions beforehand.
